the staffs were friendly and hardworking. muhammed in house keeping made the cleaning perfect. foods had many options for everyone. the hotel arranged free taxi and breakfast for our early departure. shuttle service to the beach was great.
the sun beds did not include cushioning, so they felt cheap.

Really good Service and Attentive Staff!

I found the staff attentive. They was great. Mahmoud and Adli at reception were so helpful and efficient. Ms. Rasha in the restaurant showed amazing attentiveness, and Peter and Adly at the bar were great. The Akuna Matata Ă la carte restaurant was a standout, the food was AMAZING!!!
The furniture in the rooms could use some updating.

The room was cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. The air conditioning worked very well, offering relief from the outside heat. I also had complimentary water bottles restocked each day; a small detail I really appreciated.

The hotel did exceed my expectations. i saw ton of activities. the staff was friendly and helpful. Nobody expected tips. i did find 3 pool bars and had 0 waiting time. the bartender always attended to me. it seemed like a great value.
i had some issue with buffet. there wasn't much to eat, and it seemed like a free-for-all. i wasn't escorted to my seat and the selection felt small. canned drinks required extra payment and this fact felt contrary to the all-inclusive policy.

The buffet felt underwhelming. Coke only came from a bottle. i resorted to room service once, but it was a letdown. the food arrived cold in tin foil, no cutlery. plus, the staff didn't replenish sugars or other amenities, a little annoying. the stiff balcony door was also a pain.

The atmosphere was peaceful. The New Year's Eve dinner was really good with a good variety of food. The baristas made wonderful cocktails.
The sunbeds near the pool are cheap and uncomfortable they don't have any cushioning.

The food at the restaurant was wonderful it offered a different menu each day. Head Chef Ali helped my wife by providing crackers for cheese. Chef Taha prepared beef bacon for me so that I could have an English breakfast.
